Just like with a good wine, the taste and flavour of chocolate largely depends on the growing region, the type of cocoa tree and of course, the harvesting season. The flavours are then further enhanced by each chocolate manufacturer by blending and roasting the cocoa beans to their specific “secret recipe”. The chocolate we use is manufactured in Belgium. It is called a Couverture chocolate, because it only contains cocoa butter and has no other additional fats added, giving it more flavour and a smooth, melt in the mouth feel.
Each piece is handmade on our premises. Our Chocolate Truffles are filled with a soft chocolate ganache centre, hand dipped in chocolate and given the final decorative touch.
Our aim is to give you a chocolate experience that is full of flavour. This process takes time, so sit back, relax and indulge in the pure magic of fine chocolate.
