Dark Chocolate

and therefore makes it a very rich chocolate.
The main ingredients in a high quality dark
chocolate blend are: cocoa mass, cocoa butter,
sugar, vanilla and an emulsifier such as lecithin.

 

new paragraphThe higher the percentage of cocoa mass, the more bitter the chocolate will taste. Generally dark chocolate with a cocoa mass content of over 65% tastes more bitter, but making it also a healthier option due to less sugar content. The dark chocolate we use contains 53.8% cocoa mass,giving a wonderful rich, full flavour without being too bitter.
