Milk Chocolate
Milk chocolate is the most popular eating chocolate and
has the addition of powdered or condensed milk to the
dark chocolate ingredients, giving a creamier, smooth
mouth feel. Generally it has less cocoa mass and a
little more sugar. The milk chocolate we use has
been carefully blended to bring out that creamy
texture, giving a lasting, smooth taste.
